Do I need to be an experienced lifter?

Our large group trainings are structured to use free weights and bodyweight. If ever the case of our trainers wanting to use different machinery for the exercises. They will be sure to help you through out the whole exercise.

How intense are the large group trainings?

This class is designed to burn fat and strengthen your mentality in a short amount of time. This class is our most intense class due to the conditioning exercises. That is the point and intent for this class is to set the bar high and make sure you do everything possible to achieve the goal. Everything hard makes you great!
